隱私權政策
Octave Social Monitor（以下稱「本服務」）協助影片創作者在影片上架前，了解台灣近期公開討論的熱門話題，避免在影片中使用不合時宜的內容。本政策說明本服務透過 Threads API 取得哪些資料、如何使用、保存多久，以及如何刪除。
我們取得的資料
- 授權使用者的 Threads 使用者編號與帳號名稱（threads_basic），用於確認授權狀態。
- 以話題關鍵字（例如「網紅」「業配」「炎上」）搜尋到的公開貼文內文、發布時間、按讚數與貼文連結（threads_keyword_search）。
我們如何使用資料
- 將搜尋結果彙整成「近期熱門話題與熱度」摘要，供審片人員判斷影片內容是否撞上近期爭議。
- 只以話題關鍵字搜尋，不針對特定使用者搜尋或追蹤，不建立任何個人檔案。
- 不使用資料進行廣告投放、資格審核（例如雇用、信用、保險），也不用於訓練機器學習模型。
分享與揭露
- 不出售、出租或轉讓任何 Threads 資料。
- 提供給客戶的審片報告只包含話題層級的摘要（例如「近期有某品牌抄襲爭議」），不包含任何貼文原文、發文者帳號或個人資料。
- 除法律要求外，不向第三方揭露資料。
保存期限與安全
- 不保存發文者的帳號名稱或個人資料，只保存話題摘錄、時間、熱度與貼文連結。
- 所有搜尋資料在取得後 60 天自動刪除。
- 存取權杖以加密方式保存在本服務的主機上，僅限營運人員存取。
資料刪除
你可以隨時要求刪除本服務因你的授權而取得的資料，方法如下：
- 取消授權：在 Threads 的「設定 → 帳號 → 網站權限」移除 Octave Social Monitor。取消後我們會收到 Meta 的通知，並在 7 天內刪除與你帳號相關的權杖與資料。
- 來信要求：寄信到 service@octave.vip，主旨註明「資料刪除」並附上你的 Threads 帳號名稱。我們會在 7 天內完成刪除並回信確認。
公開貼文的搜尋結果原本就會在 60 天內自動刪除。若原貼文已被作者刪除，我們會在下次更新時一併移除。
服務條款
- 本服務僅供審片人員內部參考輿論趨勢，所產生的摘要為內容風險提示，不構成法律意見。
- 使用者不得利用本服務監控、追蹤或騷擾任何特定個人。
- 本服務遵守 Meta 平台條款與 Threads 開發者政策；若條款更新，本服務將配合調整資料處理方式。

English summary
Purpose. Octave Social Monitor helps video creators in Taiwan review their videos before publishing by summarizing recent public discussion topics, so they can avoid content that conflicts with current public sentiment.
Data we access. The authorized user's Threads ID and username (threads_basic); public posts returned by topic-keyword searches, including text, timestamp, like count and permalink (threads_keyword_search).
How we use it. Search results are aggregated into topic-level trend summaries. We search by topic keywords only, never target or profile individual users, and do not use the data for advertising, eligibility decisions or model training.
Sharing. We never sell or transfer Threads data. Reports delivered to clients contain topic-level summaries only, never post text, usernames or personal data.
Retention. We do not store authors' usernames. Search data is automatically deleted 60 days after collection.
Data deletion. Remove the app in Threads (Settings → Account → Website permissions), or email us with the subject "Data deletion" and your Threads username. We delete related tokens and data within 7 days and confirm by email.
